Assassin's Creed 3 dev diary focuses on Conner

Ubisoft has released the third of four parts in its 'Inside Assassin's Creed 3' developer diary series.

The latest entry focuses on the series' new protagonist, the half English, half-Native American Connor, who the movie describes as the "hero behind the war".

The game s set in the latter half of the 18th century, when the war between the Templars and the Assassins escalates and crosses over to the New World of America, where revolution is in the air.

Ubisoft has confirmed an Assassin's Creed 3 release date of October 31 on PS3 and Xbox 360, with a PC release to follow on November 23. A Wii U version will be available at the console's launch.
